      Condition

  1. 1. Registration Fee

    • A sum of Rs. ________ shall be paid towards Registration Charges to get your name registered with us.

    • Registration fees are strictly non-refundable and non-transferable under any circumstances.

  2. 2. Login Access

    • After successful registration, a User ID will be provided.

    • Using this ID, you can log in to our website and search for suitable bride/groom profiles.

  3. 3. Verification Responsibility

    • Verification of the concerned bride/groom (such as age, height, education, qualification, family background, etc.) is the sole responsibility of the customer.

  4. 4. Marriage Fees

    • 50% of the agreed Marriage Fees must be paid at the time of engagement.

    • The remaining balance must be paid at least one week before the marriage date without fail.

  5. 5. Disputes & Liability

    • If any dispute arises before or after marriage between the respective bride and groom, the company will not be responsible for refunding any amounts paid.

    • If the parties fail to pay the agreed marriage fees, Best Muslim Marriage.com is entitled to recover the dues through legal process, and the concerned parties shall bear all legal costs.

  6. 6. Jurisdiction

    • All disputes are subject to the Bangalore City Jurisdiction only.
